Into the Drachensgrab Mountains! Hot on the trail of the marauding slavers, you and your fellow adventurers plunge deep into hostile hills. Spurred on by your past success, you now seek the heart of the slaver conspiracy. But hurry! Your must move quickly before the slavers recover from your previous forays and attack! This module was originally used for the official Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Tournament at Gen Con XIII and is the third of four in a series of related tournament modules. This module contains a challenging scenario, the tournament scoring system, plus nine pre-rolled, playtested tournament characters. Also included are large scale referee's maps, notes, and background information. A3 is a complete adventure in itself, but it is also a companion to A1 (Slave Pits of the Undercity), A2 (Secret of the Slavers' Stockade), and A4 (In the Dungeons of the Slave Lords).
This is a short adventure that can be played in a session or two. It features a lot of investigation and mystery combined with occasional combat. It is set in the high society of nobles with all the power struggles and machinations of politics. The plot revolves around a vampire working in secret. The adventure starts when the party shipwrecks of the coast of Karameikos. The party is then invited to stay at the nearby Vandevicsny Manor. The local lord, Gustav Vandevic, is hosting a party the following day to celebrate that his niece has become betrothed to the son of a neighbouring noble, and the adventuring party is invited to attend the festivities. The following day starts off with tournaments of archery, swordplay and horsemanship as most of the guest arrives. During this tournament the party might offend a neighbouring noble who then challenges the offending character to a duel. The duel ends without fatalities. Later on a tea party is hosted by the lady of the manor. In the evening a feast is held. During this time it becomes clear that all is not as it seems. The nobles are harbouring hatred towards one another, and the Vandevicsny famlily line seems to be cursed. The day ends with a masquerade. Soon after the masquerade has started, the noble who fought in the duel is found dead. Not long after, another noble is attempted assassinated. After a while it becomes clear that a vampire is on the loose and the hunt starts. But who is hunting who? The adventure ends with a showdown in a secret crypt, centuries older than the manor. Please note that the original boxed set contains an audio CD, and that the version available through DM's guild contains no audio supplement. Though the adventure can be played without the audio supplement, I highly recommend acquiring the original boxed set, with the CD, as the soundtrack on the CD is an important part of the adventure. Even though the adventure is set in the Mystara campaign setting it can easily be adopted to other settings like Forgotten Realms.

The party's objective is to steal the gold that a tyrant would use to pay the mercenaries he has hired to take over the town of Elderwood. The adventure plays out as a caper over three in-game days.
This adventure is an exploration in creativity for the GM as the players are invited by a stranger in the center of town to play a board game called Ij’Namuj. With a devilish smile he promises a grand reward if they can complete it successfully. Unfortunately, the game unleashes chaos onto the world around it, causing terrifying weather phenomena, death knights to appear and hunt players, or even causing all of the chickens in town to go rabid and attack. The only way to return things to as they were is to complete the game, so best get to rolling those dice!
In search of the truth behind a rumour that some of the Ashes of Evensong have been found, the player characters find that the Ashes are ultimately incidental to a far more worrying development. The trail of the Ashes leads them to the discovery of a fiend pact warlock operating among the ruling class of the city, a vault of forbidden magics the secrets of which have been breached, and a diabolic artefact about to be reclaimed in the name of a Duchess of Hell. This adventure is intended for parties of 4-6 characters of level 11 to level 13. With a focus on investigation, puzzles, and dangerous traps, Ashes of Evensong rewards players for caution and cleverness.
Players encounter the Everlasting, murderous assassins who destroy the mighty from the shadows. Infiltrate their mountain fortress and destroy the grandfather of Assassins before the Grand Caliph falls prey to their knives.
The Heroes are brought to a great city and rewarded for their past heroics with status and citizenship, but they soon find they are being hunted by a hired assassin. They must find and defeat the assassin, the person that hired him, and find a cure for the lethal poison coursing through their veins from the attacks.
To stop a devastating rampage of giants across the land, the party must venture into the lair of the stone giant thane Arnak to uncover the truth about why he has broken his peace with the neighboring dwarves. In the process, they will have the opportunity to retrieve important symbols of the fight against the giants and uncover a dangerous excavation. The adventure is part of the "Against the Giants" series originally by Gary Gygax, hence the writing credit.
